      Hi there,

      Thanks for letting us know this. However, we couldn’t find any issues with this product. The only thing we found is that this file is a RAR file, which means you would need a software that extracts RAR files, for example, WinRAR.
      Having said that, we went ahead and changed the file to a basic ZIP file, therefore, you shouldn’t face the same issue now.
